米大統領選・番狂わせのうわさ |
前にも書いたが、マイケル・ブルームバーグが今週にでも出馬するとアメリカは大騒ぎとなる。
フジテレビの解説
米Kる・ブルームバーグは、世界14位の大富豪なんですね。しかも、ニューヨーク市長を3期12年の経験と実績があって、これまで何度も大統領選挙に出るんじゃないかと取りざたされては、見送ってきた経緯があります。ところが、ことしは、共和党がトランプ氏じゃないですか。そして、民主党もヒラリー氏が、左に行き過ぎているということで、両方の党も、今、アメリカ国民が望んでいる候補者を出していないといって、怒っているんですね。そこで、3月の初旬には、今度こそ、自ら無所属で出馬を表明するんじゃないかという観測が出ているんです。
(無所属でなんですね。ブルームバーグ氏の政治的なスタンスは?)
一言で言うと、共和党的な小さな政府を支持しているんですけれども、同時に、中絶の容認とか、銃規制の推進など、リベラル色もあって、中間層に幅広くアピールできる人だといわれているんですね。しかも、CEO(最高経営責任者)としてのリーダーシップは、折り紙つきなんです。
(もし、ブルームバーグ氏が参戦して、中間層を取り込むとなると、この選挙戦の様相はガラッと変わる?)
11月の本選挙で、誰も過半数を取れずに終わる可能性、それを想定しておくべきなんじゃないかなと思います。

それが、200年ぶり決着ルール復活。合衆国憲法修正12条に、その決着ルールが書いてありまして、連邦議会下院が、大統領を選出します。副大統領は上院が決めます。

このルールに従って、議会が大統領を選んだのは、1824年の一度きりなんです。ブルームバーグ氏が出馬したら、ほぼ200年ぶりの事態ということがあるかもしれない。これまでの経験則や常識が全く通用しないといわれる、ことしの大統領選にふさわしい決着だと思いませんか。
まず当面は、3月1日のスーパーチューズデーに注目が集まる。

漂流する日本経済 |
上海株の賭博は失敗に終わった。この女性たちまでがギャンブルに興じたわけだ。チャイニーズの行動はグループで空気に流される。そこは、日本人も似ている。グループ、つまりカストリ雑誌の情報で売買すれば首を吊るよ（笑い）。
米国のシェイルオイルは停止した。貨物列車も停止した、、シェイル革命は短期間で終わったのだ。

帰らざる島 |
Woodyと言う名の島。海面の上にある。この島をチャイナは自分らのものと主張して、ミサイルを据え～さらに戦闘機を配置した。今更「軍事が目的でない」と言っても遅い。禁断の一線を超えたからだ。
さて、日本のみなさんが知らない情報がある。１）据えたミサイルは航空機に対してだけ限定的な効力があり、その範囲は８０キロである。つまり米艦隊や艦上攻撃機には何の効果もない。２）チャイナのレーダーは、人口衛星によるＵＳや日本の状況把握力に大きく劣る。潜水艦の威力は明確にチャイナの負けである。

アベノミクス「評価せず」５７％…読売世論調査

特集 世論調査
読売新聞社は、安倍内閣の経済政策「アベノミクス」に関する全国世論調査（郵送方式）を実施した。この３年余りの経済政策を「評価しない」は５７％で、「評価する」の４２％を上回った。評価しない理由（複数回答）のトップは「収入が増えない」の６０％で、評価する理由（同）は「大企業を中心に業績が改善した」の４４％がトップだった。
今後、景気回復を「期待できる」と答えた人は３４％、「期待できない」は６５％だった。景気回復を「実感していない」は８４％に達した。
アベノミクスへの厳しい評価が多数となったのは、企業の業績改善の効果が家計に及んでいないことや、年明けからの株価の乱高下で日本経済の先行きに懸念が広がったことが影響したとみられる。（読売新聞）

ソビエト赤軍戦車隊行進曲 |
トランペットと合唱団の構成だ。労働祭にもよく歌われる。伊勢は現在、「河（完結編）」の半分まできた。人生で初めて挑戦した三部作だ。今夜は、主人公の長谷川道夫～月岡夢次郎～イワノフ～ウラノスの四人がハバロフスクに潜入する章を書いている。アムール河の西岸の奥深く強制収容所がある。四人の男たちは、その監獄に囚われている八十人の日本人を救出する任務を負っていた。
四人が本拠にしているホテルで、長谷川がスピーカーから流れる行進曲に目が醒めた。大蔵官僚であった月岡は、初めてソビエトを体感した。社会主義に染まった自分のナイーブさに気が着いた。
ＢＢ紙でロシア人と口論すると
よく判るのが、現在でも、ロシア人は社会主義を思想信条としていることである。もはや、カール・マルクスを信奉しているわけではない。だが、アメリカ人の社会主義者を１０％とすれば、日本人はゼロだろう。左翼は社会主義者などではないからだ。では、ロシアは？８０％が社会主義者と思ってよいだろう。
日本の敗戦後、社会党も、共産党も勢力を伸ばした。マッカーサーの占領軍の中枢には社会主義者が多くいた。それらが、平和憲法第九条を作成した。マッカーサーも、ナイーブだったとなる。

日本人に適する産業は、航空機～戦闘機～高速鉄道～自動車～その他の交通手段である |
ニューギニアで回収された「ゼロ戦」ことMitsubish A6M3である。完璧な戦闘機とは言えない。源田実はコックピットの防壁は不要と主張した。そのためにおおくの戦闘機乗りが無駄に死んだ。二枚プロペラは振動が激しかった。伊勢の三兄は予科練に入隊した。生き残って、今年の正月、黄泉の住人となった。８５まで健康に生きた。若くして仏教に帰依した。芝の増上寺に眠っている。
十二試艦戦である。これがゼロ戦の原点だった。１９３９年の３月に試作機が完成して満州でも飛んでいる。華奢で優美である。一万機が生産されたゼロ戦では、おおくの欠陥が改良された。
ソ連のポリカリポフＩ－１６である。これは、南昌作戦でゼロ戦にハエのように叩き落とされた蒋介石の空軍である。撃墜王、岩本徹三が生まれた。わが兄の英雄であった。ノモンハンでは、ソ連機は、日本機にメチャメチャに撃ち落された。伊勢は小説に書いた。

「キリストよりもカネ」の世の中 |
ドナルド・トランプは、ちょうど伊勢爺の一歳年下である。７３歳で六月に７４となる。伊勢は大統領選でこれほど醜い男を見たことがない。醜いとは下品という意味だ。この男が南カロライナの共和党予備選で圧勝したのだ。トランプの特徴は、まず、ニューヨークのクイーンズ区で生まれている。つぎに、マンハッタンの不動産で富豪となった。南部白人キリスト教徒がトランプに票を入れた。これは、アメリカに異変が起きているということである。
日本人の９９％はどこに南カロライナ州があって～どのような、人たちが住んでいて～どのような思想を持っているのかを知らない。それに、全く、関心もない。ま、日本人はだいたい、ラーメン以外、何にも関心がない。意思のない人種ではあるが（笑い）。
南カロライナは、アメリカの南部州である。４９０万人が住んでいる。７５％がキリスト教徒白人である。だが、最近のキリスト教徒は教会に行かなくなった。理由は、「神父の説教は現実と合わない」と思っているからである。アメリカ南部州は、ほとんどが共和党である。理由は「バイブルベルト」と言われる伝統的にキリスト教保守だからだ。つまり、堕胎～同性愛～移民～銃規制に大反対してきた。さらに、ジョージア州と並んで人種偏見が強い州なのだ。日本人に対してもだよ。伊勢の視点では、「遅れた人種」なのである。
異変とは？ニューヨークを忌み嫌う南部人がトランプを選ぶ？その最大の理由は「カネ」なのだ。つまり、キリストよりもカネを選んだ。あたかも、トランプが自分たちを富ますと言う風なのだ。もう、堕胎も、ホモも関係ない。カネ、カネ、カネだ。だが、この「拝金思想」を改める風潮は見られない。そこは、世界中が同じである。

河（上巻） 長編２２０ページ
１９３７年の初春、津軽育ちの長谷川道夫が徴兵される。「自分は二十八歳でなぜ徴兵されたのでありますか？」「俺が選んだ」と飛鳥関東軍参謀課長が答えた。長谷川は北海道帝国大学地球科学で博士号を持っていた。さらに、妻と二人の幼い娘、老いた両親と酪農をやっていた。二等兵の月給は６円なのだ。だが、満州の関東軍は長谷川に憲兵情報少尉の階級を与えた。飛鳥少佐が長谷川を天津に連れて行った。飛鳥自身が育てた対露スパイの朱教授を射殺した。長谷川が始めて見た殺人に体が震えた。「憲兵情報士官の任務は、いったい何なのでありますか？」「暗殺さ」「命令はどこから出るのでありますか？」「命令は俺からしか出ない」
飛鳥と長谷川が満州最大の陸軍基地ハルピン平房基地へ行った。インド象とあだ名のある島原領事の令嬢の結婚祝賀会に呼ばれた。長谷川にロシア語を習えと飛鳥から命令が出た。ロシア語の教師は、カレン・スターという十九歳のユダヤ女性である。長谷川は胸がときめいた。そして自分の心の弱さに気が着いた。
飛鳥が長谷川を連れてソ連国境のアムール河に行った。ソ連極東軍と戦闘が起きた。イワノフ・ジャポチンスキーという不思議な巨漢に会う。ソ連領事館はスパイの巣窟であった。イワノフは盗聴と暗殺のプロなのだ。
飛鳥が「上海へ行けと参謀室から命令を受けた」と長谷川を驚かした。上海は魔都と言われていた。それほど西洋のスパイ～ロシアのスパイ～蒋介石軍のスパイ～得体の知れない秘密結社が跋扈していた。誰も彼も殺し屋なのだ。戦艦出雲に乗って揚子江を遡った。飛鳥が福岡に飛んだ。長谷川がハルピンに戻った。

飛鳥が小倉の竜神組の神田川組長に殺された。長谷川が大尉に進級した。磯村少尉が部下となる。ふたりが日本に帰国する。長谷川は青森に～磯村は三池炭鉱に、、長谷川が磯村に「命を貸してくれ」と言った。神田川を殺る決意なのだ。そして、、

満州をつかんだ男 短編８０ページ
大正海軍の軍艦扶桑の水兵であった大形虎雄がトランク一つで満州へ渡った。昭和九年（一九三五年）の初春のことである。大形は佐々木ジャングイという不思議な人物と出合った。大東亜舗装の佐々木社長は奉天会戦の生き残りである。新京の関東軍海軍武官は「佐々木社長は歴戦の勇者であるだけでなく大の頑固者…君は参謀の位置に着くが、ひと回りも若い上に並大抵の意見具申では聞き入れられまい」と大形に忠告をした。ふたりは、関東軍との滑走路建設の契約で一財を成した。だが、この満州が大東亜戦争の導火線になるとは知りようもなかった。
一九三七年の夏、北京の郊外で盧溝橋事件が発生した。関東軍は中支へ派遣された。七年後の一九四四年、北風の吹きすさぶ二月のある日、大形虎雄は陸軍一個師団が南新京駅から無蓋貨車に乗るのを見た。それが連日続いた。新京の日本人たちは、日本軍が南方に移動するのを見て南太平洋の戦況が悪化したことを知った。
大形の三男である「みつお」が予科練に志願した。関東軍司令部は東満州の防備が手薄になっていることを憂慮していた。大形虎雄が東部ソ満国境の視察を命じられた。偵察機でウスリー河の上を飛び虎頭要塞に着陸した。対岸のソ連軍の戦車の爆音が轟々と聞こえた…守備隊の大佐がウスリー河を指さした。「ソ連軍が渡河する日は近い」と言った…
雷雨の中、大形が伊通川の一軒家に向かっていた。佐々木ジャングイに頼まれて満州銀行券に石油をかけて燃やした。新京の家財を売り払って故郷の伊勢志摩へ帰った。日本は負けた。その理由は日本の遅れた科学であると大形は知っていた。大形が扶桑の戦友たちと会社を起こした。事業は屑鉄である。大形たちは朝鮮半島に戦火が広がると知っていた。そんなある日、沈没船を引き揚げるサルベージ会社から不思議な商談を受けた。鉄は暴騰した。
サハラ超特急 中編１４０ページ
アラブ学科の教授ヤマシタが馘になる。米国政府はアルジェリア政府に投資した二百億ドルが消失したことに気が着く。銀行の研修生、マリーが首を吊る。マリーは不思議なトカゲを飼っていた。シカゴの殺人課の刑事ふたりは他殺と判断した。捜査を進めると背景に巨大な組織が存在すると知った。「例えば？」とボーマン警部。「例えば、アメリカ合衆国」とフランクが答えた。
命を失うリスクがある任務を引き受けた三人の男と一人のアラブ少年。その任務とは、西アフリカのマリ共和国の北部に行き、サハラ砂漠を駱駝で旅をして、武装集団であるアルカイダの洞窟に幽閉されている二人のアメリカ人を連れて帰ることだった。
駱駝は「砂漠の船団」と言われる。駱駝は水を飲まず餌である大麦を食わず、２週間も歩くことが出来る動物である。同行する羊も山羊もこの過酷な環境に耐える頑健さを持っている。隊商はオアシスからオアシスを辿って移動する。井戸から井戸は時間が短縮できるのだが、井戸には所有者がいる。許可なく使えば殺される。これが「砂漠の掟」なのだ。
ニジェール河の峡谷はクロコダイルがウヨウヨ棲んでいる凶暴な環境なのだ。体長１２メートル、体重１トンを越すこの巨大な鰐は目の前の生き物なら何でも食ってしまう。河辺に水を飲みにくる象の親子まで食われる。住民は「ピナッセ」と呼ばれる河船が運搬の手段である。しかしピナッセの速度は、ニジェール河に出没する海賊のスピードボートには劣る。海賊は欧米人の旅行者を浚って身代金を要求する。砂漠の井戸の持ち主～ニジェール河の人浚い。いずれもフレンドリーな人々ではない。

胡椒の王様 短編８０ページ
ミッテントロッター家は英国の皇族であった。 １３歳のプリンセス・アンと幼い弟のチャールスがインド洋で人買いにさらわれた。弟は姉をアンナと呼び、姉は弟をチャーリーと呼んだ。母親と看護婦のＢＢは別の船に載せられた。さらったギャングの頭目は、コックニーというロンドン生まれの男である。チャーリーとアンナは、セイロン島の農園で働かされた。その農園を人々は「胡椒の王様」と呼んでいた。コックニーは農園のボスであった。アンナは茶畑で、チャーリーは森の中で胡椒の実を拾った。そのチャーリーをサタナンドが保護した。
ある夜、アンナが、チャーリーが、しのび泣くのを聴いた。姉は弟を起こして聖書を読んだ。日曜学校が始まった。聖書を教科書にしてチャーリーに読み書きを教えた。必ず英国へ帰るとアンナは決心していた。ひそかに逃げる計画を立てた。
サタナンドがチャーリーに競争馬の乗り方を教えた。コックニーは、三年ごとに行われるカンデイの大競馬に一度も優勝したことがなかった。サタナンドの勧めでチャーリーに「黒い真珠」という名の子馬を育てることを命令した。五年が経った。チャーリーは逞しい少年になった。その年の夏、カンデイで競馬が開催された。競馬の前夜、コックニーがアラブの王様にアンを売った。黒い真珠が優勝した。大歓声の中、アンが逃げた。アンは川に身を投げて死んだ。チャーリーがテントに戻るとアンの手紙がベッドの上に置いてあった。サタナンドが象を解き放った。馬に乗ったチャーリーが夕闇の中を北の岡へ向かった。

１９３７年の初春、津軽育ちの長谷川道夫が徴兵される。「自分は二十八歳でなぜ徴兵されたのでありますか？」「俺が選んだ」と飛鳥関東軍参謀課長が答えた。長谷川は北海道帝国大学地球科学で博士号を持っていた。さらに、妻と二人の幼い娘、老いた両親と酪農をやっていた。二等兵の月給は６円なのだ。だが、満州の関東軍は長谷川に憲兵情報少尉の階級を与えた。飛鳥少佐が長谷川を天津に連れて行った。飛鳥自身が育てた対露スパイの朱教授を射殺した。長谷川が始めて見た殺人に体が震えた。「憲兵情報士官の任務は、いったい何なのでありますか？」「暗殺さ」「命令はどこから出るのでありますか？」「命令は俺からしか出ない」
飛鳥と長谷川が満州最大の陸軍基地ハルピン平房基地へ行った。インド象とあだ名のある島原領事の令嬢の結婚祝賀会に呼ばれた。長谷川にロシア語を習えと飛鳥から命令が出た。ロシア語の教師は、カレン・スターという十九歳のユダヤ女性である。長谷川は胸がときめいた。そして自分の心の弱さに気が着いた。
飛鳥が長谷川を連れてソ連国境のアムール河に行った。ソ連極東軍と戦闘が起きた。イワノフ・ジャポチンスキーという不思議な巨漢に会う。ソ連領事館はスパイの巣窟であった。イワノフは盗聴と暗殺のプロなのだ。
飛鳥が「上海へ行けと参謀室から命令を受けた」と長谷川を驚かした。上海は魔都と言われていた。それほど西洋のスパイ～ロシアのスパイ～蒋介石軍のスパイ～得体の知れない秘密結社が跋扈していた。誰も彼も殺し屋なのだ。戦艦出雲に乗って揚子江を遡った。飛鳥が福岡に飛んだ。長谷川がハルピンに戻った。

満州をつかんだ男 短編８０ページ
大正海軍の軍艦扶桑の水兵であった大形虎雄がトランク一つで満州へ渡った。昭和九年（一九三五年）の初春のことである。大形は佐々木ジャングイという不思議な人物と出合った。大東亜舗装の佐々木社長は奉天会戦の生き残りである。新京の関東軍海軍武官は「佐々木社長は歴戦の勇者であるだけでなく大の頑固者…君は参謀の位置に着くが、ひと回りも若い上に並大抵の意見具申では聞き入れられまい」と大形に忠告をした。ふたりは、関東軍との滑走路建設の契約で一財を成した。だが、この満州が大東亜戦争の導火線になるとは知りようもなかった。
一九三七年の夏、北京の郊外で盧溝橋事件が発生した。関東軍は中支へ派遣された。七年後の一九四四年、北風の吹きすさぶ二月のある日、大形虎雄は陸軍一個師団が南新京駅から無蓋貨車に乗るのを見た。それが連日続いた。新京の日本人たちは、日本軍が南方に移動するのを見て南太平洋の戦況が悪化したことを知った。
大形の三男である「みつお」が予科練に志願した。関東軍司令部は東満州の防備が手薄になっていることを憂慮していた。大形虎雄が東部ソ満国境の視察を命じられた。偵察機でウスリー河の上を飛び虎頭要塞に着陸した。対岸のソ連軍の戦車の爆音が轟々と聞こえた…守備隊の大佐がウスリー河を指さした。「ソ連軍が渡河する日は近い」と言った…
雷雨の中、大形が伊通川の一軒家に向かっていた。佐々木ジャングイに頼まれて満州銀行券に石油をかけて燃やした。新京の家財を売り払って故郷の伊勢志摩へ帰った。日本は負けた。その理由は日本の遅れた科学であると大形は知っていた。大形が扶桑の戦友たちと会社を起こした。事業は屑鉄である。大形たちは朝鮮半島に戦火が広がると知っていた。そんなある日、沈没船を引き揚げるサルベージ会社から不思議な商談を受けた。鉄は暴騰した。
サハラ超特急 中編１４０ページ
アラブ学科の教授ヤマシタが馘になる。米国政府はアルジェリア政府に投資した二百億ドルが消失したことに気が着く。銀行の研修生、マリーが首を吊る。マリーは不思議なトカゲを飼っていた。シカゴの殺人課の刑事ふたりは他殺と判断した。捜査を進めると背景に巨大な組織が存在すると知った。「例えば？」とボーマン警部。「例えば、アメリカ合衆国」とフランクが答えた。

ニジェール河の峡谷はクロコダイルがウヨウヨ棲んでいる凶暴な環境なのだ。体長１２メートル、体重１トンを越すこの巨大な鰐は目の前の生き物なら何でも食ってしまう。河辺に水を飲みにくる象の親子まで食われる。住民は「ピナッセ」と呼ばれる河船が運搬の手段である。しかしピナッセの速度は、ニジェール河に出没する海賊のスピードボートには劣る。海賊は欧米人の旅行者を浚って身代金を要求する。砂漠の井戸の持ち主～ニジェール河の人浚い。いずれもフレンドリーな人々ではない。

ミッテントロッター家は英国の皇族であった。 １３歳のプリンセス・アンと幼い弟のチャールスがインド洋で人買いにさらわれた。弟は姉をアンナと呼び、姉は弟をチャーリーと呼んだ。母親と看護婦のＢＢは別の船に載せられた。さらったギャングの頭目は、コックニーというロンドン生まれの男である。チャーリーとアンナは、セイロン島の農園で働かされた。その農園を人々は「胡椒の王様」と呼んでいた。コックニーは農園のボスであった。アンナは茶畑で、チャーリーは森の中で胡椒の実を拾った。そのチャーリーをサタナンドが保護した。
ある夜、アンナが、チャーリーが、しのび泣くのを聴いた。姉は弟を起こして聖書を読んだ。日曜学校が始まった。聖書を教科書にしてチャーリーに読み書きを教えた。必ず英国へ帰るとアンナは決心していた。ひそかに逃げる計画を立てた。

嫌われた三人 |
北朝鮮に対する制裁強化の動きが広がっている。アメリカのオバマ大統領は18日、これまでの北朝鮮への制裁を大幅に強化する法案に署名した。また日本の独自制裁も、19日夕方、閣議決定される予定。アメリカの北朝鮮に対する制裁強化法は、北朝鮮が行った4回目の核実験や、事実上の長距離弾道ミサイルの発射などを受けたもの。強化法では、北朝鮮の核・ミサイル開発、サイバー攻撃などに関与した第3国を含む団体や個人に対し、資産の凍結や、アメリカへの渡航禁止などの制裁を科すことなどが柱で、北朝鮮の最大の貿易相手国である中国の銀行や企業が対象になる可能性があることから、中国への圧力という側面もある。一方、日本政府も19日夕方、北朝鮮への送金や、日本への入国を禁止する対象の厳格化などを盛り込んだ、日本独自の制裁を閣議決定する見通し。
ここは妥協出来ない
さてさて、南シナ海埋め立ておよびミサイル配置～北朝鮮のキムの脅しには、１）軍事で解消～２）経済封鎖の二つのオプションがある。昨夜、夕飯のときに、わが青い目の妻が「ＵＳは対応手段をどうするのかしら？」と聞いた。伊勢は、「いろいろなツールがあるが、カーター国防長官は軍事は最後の手段としているだろう。経済による封鎖がベスト」と答えたばかりだ（笑い）。
オバマは「妥協」を柱とする大統領である。だが、北朝鮮の脅しは限度を超えたのだ。その北朝鮮のパトロンはチャイナの習近平である。だから経済封鎖に踏み切るわけだ。一方、プーチンだが、ロシアは経済破たんに接近している。よって、対ロシア制裁は今のままで充分としている。

アメリカは復活中だ |
これが、ここ一ヶ月のＳ＆Ｐ５００指数である。伊勢は１８４０まで落ちるかなと生徒さんに書いた。だが、アメリカは、頑健ぶりを見せた。今日は１９２６まで回復している。いままでの最高値である２１００に到達するのかは判らないが、そうなる可能性が高い。

サウジに泣き着いたプーチン |
ロシアのプーチンは追い詰められた。外貨を獲得するはずだった原油とガスが暴落したからだ。さらに、クリミア併合で欧米の経済制裁を受けている。あと六か月で外貨準備（米ドル）が尽きるのだ。エゴが強く、強情な男プーチンも耐えられなくなった。ついに、サウジアラビアに泣き着いたのだ。
ところがどっこい、サウジは「産油量を今の時点で凍結する。それも他の産油国が従うならばだ」と答えたのだ。この速報をもって、さっきまで上げていた原油が再び下方へ向かった。
オイルの需要
オイルのデマンドのルールはこれだ。つまり、現在二月から五月まで需要は減るわけだよ。おい、わかるか晋三？なぜなら地球はこの季節には、北半球も、南半球も温暖だからである。夏になると、エアラインや船舶が活発となるので少しは上げる。
晋三の経済感覚は逆さまなのだよ

株価下落に首相「海外要因が背景」…衆院予算委

安倍首相は１５日午前、衆院予算委員会の経済と地方創生に関する集中審議で、年初来の大幅な株価下落の原因について「中国の景気減速への懸念や、原油価格の低下、米国の利上げ動向などの海外要因が背景」と分析した上で、「企業収益は過去最高となり、就業者数は１１０万人以上増加するなど、日本経済のファンダメンタルズ（基礎的条件）は確かなものと確認している」と強調した。円高が進む為替相場を巡っては「急激な相場の変動は望ましくない。（麻生）財務相には引き続き、しっかりと（市場動向を）見てもらい、必要に応じて、適切に対応してもらいたい」としたほか、今後の経済政策について、「異次元の緩和や思い切った機動的な財政政策をとった。民間が主役の成長戦略を進め、新たなイノベーションが生まれる成長戦略を進めたい」と述べ、民間主導の経済成長に期待感を示した。（読売）
内閣支持５２％に低下、経済政策「評価」３９％

特集 世論調査
読売新聞社は１２～１４日、全国世論調査を実施した。安倍内閣の支持率は５２％で、前回調査（１月３０～３１日）の５６％から４ポイント低下した。不支持率は３６％（前回３４％）だった。支持率が低下したのは、今月に入ってからの急速な円高・株安で、安倍内閣の経済政策「アベノミクス」への懸念が広がったことに加え、閣僚や自民党議員による失態が相次いだことも影響したとみられる。安倍内閣の経済政策を「評価する」とした人は３９％（前回４７％）に下がり、同じ質問を始めた２０１３年６月以降で、昨年１２月１７～１８日調査と並んで最も低かった。「評価しない」は４４％（同３８％）に上がった。景気の回復を「実感していない」との回答も７７％を占めている。（読売）

「金融市場の動き注視」黒田総裁、首相と会談

安倍首相は１２日昼、日本銀行の黒田東彦はるひこ総裁と首相官邸で約１時間会談した。黒田総裁は会談後、急速な円高・株安など市場の混乱について記者団に「為替を含め、国際的な金融市場の動きについてはしっかり注視していきたい」と述べた。
マイナス金利政策の導入については「物価に関するリスクが高まっていると見て実施した」と説明し、「イールドカーブ（利回り曲線）全体を下げることが主要な目的で、それに沿って下がっている。消費や投資にプラスの影響をもたらすと考えている」と強調したうえで「日本経済のメインシナリオは変わらない」と述べた。（読売）
アメリカから見ると
伊勢は安倍政権発足以来「成長経済政策は失敗する」と警鐘を鳴らしてきた。日銀が国債を買う～金利を下げる、、これは単なる「トリプルダウン」を誘致するという稚拙な考えなのだ。グローバル経済は、ノックアウトで敗戦したのである。世界経済は収縮に真っ直ぐ向かっている。これの原因を述べればきりがない。最大の原因は、二つある。１）原油の暴落～２）チャイナの経済崩壊である。日本企業はチャイナを逃げてアメリカに逃げ込んでいる。その理由は以下である。

This has nothing to do with Russia or China--their people don't have the right to own guns...We in America do. And we plan on keeping our guns no matter who is president.
War is unthinkable in the Nuclear Age among the great powers...It can't be won...Everybody loses...Anybody that survives would die of radiation poisoning or starvation...It would be the end of the world.
If North Korea ever launches a nuclear weapon...They will be destroyed. And Russia and China will probably help us to destroy them....As a lesson to the whole world.
But it would be good if Japan and the US shot down the ballistic missile that they're planning to launch...Just to teach them a lesson, too.

During Hurricane Katrina, when New Orleans was being flooded, the police were taking people's guns away...It can be done in an emergency...Just when you need guns most.
That's why we need leaders that respect and protect our constitutional rights.
Looks like South Korea will also be shooting at that ballistic missile...Although, they say it may only be the spent booster parts of the missile...It would be better to blow it up upon liftoff....Before it rockets into the upper atmosphere...But we'll see before the end of this month...There's still plenty of time to take aim.
In fact, it would make sense to blow it up on the launch pad with a cruise missile.
Why wait? The launch is against UN Resolutions...Just a suggestion, my friend.

Other than being a huge fan of expanding guest worker programs that displace American workers in America with indentured, malleable, low cost foreign Guest Workers and Student Visa Workers, which artificially creates wage suppression (overall wages have been flat in IT careers for roughly 15 years thanks to absurdly low guest worker visa prevailing wage provisions, baked into those laws by industry lobbyist) and for his support of the corruption plagued EB-5 Millionaire visa, Bloomberg is a no go for President.
It also doesn't help that Bloomberg wants to outlaw Big Gulp drinks, they are friggen delicious. The dude is going to save America by outlawing big gulps and creating massive corporate welfare give aways like visa program expansions.
That is not a good plan that Mikey has got there, not so much. People need jobs to feed their addiction to food, water and shelter. They need Big Gulps to help forget that people like Bloomberg exist.

If you are scamming Billions by using your wealth and power to help lobby for labor wage arbitrage programs like Guest Worker and Student Worker visas expansions you are a crook, a traitor and are directly weakening the US middle class. This has been occurring in the US for 25 years since the passage of the 1990 Immigration Act.
No doubt you have read in NY Times, in the book "Sold Out", at ComputerWorld or EPI about guest worker visa scandals and their negative impactsimpact on the US labor force. In 2015 alone we witnessed Senate investigations, DOL investigations, DOJ investigations, etc into our nations corrupted guest worker visa programs.
Bloomberg actively lobbies to increase these visa programs, not reform them. He sits on a think tank that promotes visa program expansion even while we see reports on US workers having to train their guest worker replacements, (ie. Southern California Edison, Disney, Toys-R-Us).
We have seen Bloomberg continue to lobby for Student Worker Visa program expansions even as we read about Student and Guest Worker Visa fraud at Wright State University in Ohio and the fraudulent online Herguan University whose CEO went to jail for visa fraud.
Displacing US IT and STEM workers with Guest and Student Visa workers does not strengthen the middle class, it smashes it into the ground. In 1969, the middle class comprised 61% of the US population, today in 2016, the middle class is 49% of US population while the poor and working class portions of society has absorbed the fallen into their ranks.
Guest Worker and Student Worker labor is not needed as in the US, two STEM citizen graduates enter the labor market for every one STEM job available. Roughly 2/3 of all new IT jobs created go to guest workers while trained US IT workers have to train their lessor skilled guest worker replacements and sit the bench, crowded out if the careers they spent years cultivating.
Yet politicians like Bloomberg, Obummer, Job Killary, Rubio, Bush and Industry Titans like Gates, Zuckerburg, Bezos, etc claim a lie that we have a shortage of STEM workers in the US and need more guest workers and student worker and spousal visas.
Visa programs do not create jobs for Americans in America or build a stronger middle class but these programs do promote wage suppression, layoffs and displacement of US citizens, blocking entrance to STEM fields for women and people of color, indentured guest workers, lowering fair labor standards, discrimination of US citizens in hiring, risk optimization from citizen whistle blowers for the plantation oligarchs along with, cheap labor and greater profits for the plantation owners in universities, government agencies, corporations and foreign multinational slave ships.
So, Bloomberg throwing cake to the starving masses by giving back 10% of his pirate booty is not philanthropy, it is psuedo philanthropy. Say what you want but Sanders, Trump and Cruz are the only Candidates who have guest worker visa reform in their platforms. Cruz even introduced legislation in December 2015 for guest worker visa reform, Senate Bill 2394.

So it was that Vientiane, the capital city of Laos, has seen something of an absence at its heart with the lack of a Chinatown. Of course, support for the Pathet Lao from the Soviet Union was also a contributory factor but the situation is now changing rapidly. Not only are a small number of Chinese pioneers starting to establish businesses in the city, often in tourism or service industries, but rather larger groups of Chinese are entering the country through being hired as construction workers. Tens of thousands of Chinese are now believed to be in the sparsely-populated north of Laos – accurate numbers are not known – and the Lao government, acutely conscious of the difficulties its low population and low population density have caused, are expressing fears that a parallel state is being established in the northern border region. That is what already appears to have happened in Burma.

Recently, North Korean citizens have been asserting that markets would immobilize if Chinese merchants were to disappear.
Lately, Chinese merchants are nestling themselves with their newly found fortune in North Korea, undeniably to the envy of North Korean citizens.
In a recent telephone conversation with the DailyNK, Kim Chang Yeol (pseudonym) a resident of Shinuiju said “Most of the tiled houses in Shinuiju are owned by Chinese merchants in Shinuiju are upper class and the rich.” Unlike Pyongyang, tiled houses in Shinuiju are greater in value than apartments. In particular, the homes owned by Chinese merchants are luxurious and impressing.
Kim said “At the moment, 90% of daily goods that are traded at Shinuiju markets are made in China.” What Kim means by 90% of goods is basically
everything excluding agricultural produce and medicinal herbs. Apparently, about half of the (90% of) supplies are circulated by Chinese merchants.
Kim affirmed that the market system could be shaken if supplies were not provided by the Chinese merchants. Hence, Chinese merchants have elevated themselves in North Korea’s integrated market system, to the extent that the market could break down without their existence.

Chinese refugees have reported that they shared the same brutal treatment as other urban Cambodians under the Khmer Rouge régime and that they were not discriminated against as an ethnic group until after the Vietnamese invasion.
Modern years
Of particular note is China's economic role in the country,[5] which encouraged Sino-Khmer businessmen to reestablish their past business which were once suppressed by the Khmer Rouge.
Modern Cambodian economy is highly dependent on Sino-Khmer companies who controlled a large stake in the country's economy,[6] and their support is enhanced by the large presence of lawmakers who are of at least part-Chinese ancestry themselves.[7]

So it was that Vientiane, the capital city of Laos, has seen something of an absence at its heart with the lack of a Chinatown. Of course, support for the Pathet Lao from the Soviet Union was also a contributory factor but the situation is now changing rapidly. Not only are a small number of Chinese pioneers starting to establish businesses in the city, often in tourism or service industries, but rather larger groups of Chinese are entering the country through being hired as construction workers. The Asian Development Bank is leading attempts to integrate Laos more closely into the rapid economic development being enjoyed in many other parts of Southeast Asia through, among other means, an extensive road-building program. This will link Kunming in Yunnan province in the north to, ultimately, Singapore in the south and central Vietnam in the east with, perhaps one day, India in the west. Thousands of Chinese labourers have entered Laos to help build these roads and, once their contracts have expired, many prefer to stay on to build businesses in areas where they have spotted opportunities. Tens of thousands of Chinese are now believed to be in the sparsely-populated north of Laos – accurate numbers are not known – and the Lao government, acutely conscious of the difficulties its low population and low population density have caused, are expressing fears that a parallel state is being established in the northern border region. That is what already appears to have happened in Burma.

While some prospect that North Korea may be an affiliated market of China’s 4 provinces in the Northeast, the real focus is on the merchants who actually control North Korea's markets. Recently, North Korean citizens have been asserting that markets would immobilize if Chinese merchants were to disappear.
Lately, Chinese merchants are nestling themselves with their newly found fortune in North Korea, undeniably to the envy of North Korean citizens.
In a recent telephone conversation with the DailyNK, Kim Chang Yeol (pseudonym) a resident of Shinuiju said “Most of the tiled houses in Shinuiju are owned by Chinese merchants in Shinuiju are upper class and the rich.” Unlike Pyongyang, tiled houses in Shinuiju are greater in value than apartments. In particular, the homes owned by Chinese merchants are luxurious and impressing.
Kim said “At the moment, 90% of daily goods that are traded at Shinuiju markets are made in China.” What Kim means by 90% of goods is basically
everything excluding agricultural produce and medicinal herbs. Apparently, about half of the (90% of) supplies are circulated by Chinese merchants.
Kim affirmed that the market system could be shaken if supplies were not provided by the Chinese merchants. Hence, Chinese merchants have elevated themselves in North Korea’s integrated market system, to the extent that the market could break down without their existence.

Under the Khmer Rouge
The Khmer Rouge takeover was catastrophic for the Chinese community for several reasons. When the Khmer Rouge took over a town, they immediately disrupted the local market. According to Willmott, this disruption virtually eliminated retail trade "and the traders (almost all Chinese) became indistinguishable from the unpropertied urban classes."
The Chinese, in addition to having their livelihood eradicated on the whole, also suffered because of their class. They were mainly well-educated urban merchants, and thus were characteristic of the people whom the Khmer Rouge detested. Chinese refugees have reported that they shared the same brutal treatment as other urban Cambodians under the Khmer Rouge régime and that they were not discriminated against as an ethnic group until after the Vietnamese invasion.
Modern years
Of particular note is China's economic role in the country,[5] which encouraged Sino-Khmer businessmen to reestablish their past business which were once suppressed by the Khmer Rouge.
Modern Cambodian economy is highly dependent on Sino-Khmer companies who controlled a large stake in the country's economy,[6] and their support is enhanced by the large presence of lawmakers who are of at least part-Chinese ancestry themselves.[7]

満州国建設を誇りに思う |
日本が建設した唯一の国家「満州国」は日本の三倍の国土であった。
満州へ移民した人々は多く東北の寒村の出身者であった。なぜなら、東北は、世界不況に加えて日本政府の失政により、飢餓地獄に陥ったのである。娘は人買いに売られて行った。
これが満州国の首都「新京特別市」である。１９４１年、伊勢平次郎はここで生まれた。
関東軍総司令部である。天守閣が三つあるが、関東軍総司令部～関東軍憲兵総司令部～日本陸軍・海軍の武官本部である。
伊勢夫婦が２００５年の夏に行ったとき、びっくりしたよ。中国共産党はちゃっかり大事にしていたのである。門衛に「ここで生まれた。わが父はこの関東軍司令部で働いた」と言うと記念写真を許した。

子供たちの英雄だった、、 |
安倍首相は４日午前の衆院予算委員会の基本的質疑で、元プロ野球選手でタレントの清原和博容疑者が覚醒剤取締法違反容疑で逮捕されたことについて、「高校時代からの活躍を見て、多くの青少年が胸躍らせる思いだった。子供たちのヒーローだった清原氏が逮捕されたことは大変残念なことだ」と述べた。そのうえで、「薬物依存対策について、今後、政府としても取り組んでいく」と述べた。（読売新聞）

マーケット不安が続いている。
３日の東京金融市場は、原油価格の下落で投資家心理が悪化し、株安・円高が進んだ。株価の水準は、日本銀行がマイナス金利の導入を決める前の値に近づいており、市場におけるマイナス金利の効果は剥落しつつある。この日の東京株式市場は、朝から幅広い銘柄が売られ、全面安の展開となった。前日の米ニューヨーク原油市場で原油先物価格が急落し、投資家は運用リスクの高い株を売る動きを強めた。日経平均株価（２２５種）の終値は、前日比５５９円４３銭安の１万７１９１円２５銭と、マイナス金利導入を決めた前日の１月２８日（１万７０４１円）の水準に迫った。中国経済の減速などで、国内の証券や鉄鋼などの企業の業績が悪化していることも、相場の重しとなっている。一方、東京外国為替市場では、安全資産とされる円が買い戻された。円相場は午後５時、前日（午後５時）比６６銭円高・ドル安の１ドル＝１１９円９７～９８銭で大方の取引を終えた。
